Life & Rescue Boats

Rescueboats
Promac delivers a wide range of different types of rescue boats:

  • Rescue boats rigid type 4-6 meters in length, with outboard engine, covering speeds of 6-20 knots.
  • Rigid inflatable rescue boats, 3,8 – 5,2 m long, with outboard engine or water-jet, reaching speeds of up to 35 knots.
  • Fast rescue boats, For example fast rescue boats, 6m long, with outboard engine or inboard diesel engine reaching speeds of more than 20 knots.

All rescue boats can be delivered with launching crane, davit system or special launching system complete with shock-absorption and wave compensation system.

Freefall Lifeboats and Ramps
All free fall boats and davit systems are developed conform with LSA regulations laid down by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The current portfolio of lifeboats covers a whole range of different models:

  • Free fall lifeboats including tanker versions;
  • Conventional lifeboats including tanker versions;
  • Semi-enclosed lifeboats;
  • Tender boats;

Partially Enclosed Lifeboats
All lifeboats and davit systems are developed conform with LSA regulations laid down by the International Maritime Organization. The current portfolio of lifeboats covers a whole range of different models:

  • Tender boats;
  • Semi-enclosed lifeboats;

All lifeboats and rescue boats are delivered with their own inbuilt launching system, as a “ready-to-assemble” package. This helps minimize shipyard installation costs. Survival at sea should not be left to chance. We create life-saving solutions you can depend on, tried and tested even in the worst possible conditions: on heavy seas, under arctic frost, in burning oil. The end-product of know-how and innovation is a well-made, durable, individual
